Providing entertainment for visitors to the area provides em- ployment for as many as 1,100 resort employees who are dedi- cated to the comfort, convenience and enjoyment of their guests. “This region was once home to the Quapaw Nation. In addition to income paid to its employees, Saracen Casino Re- sort pays significant amounts of taxes into state, county and local coffers. Architectural design was provided by HBG Design of Memphis with engineering by EXP of Calgary, Alberta. The complex was built by CDI Contractors of Little Rock and Uzun+Case of Atlanta, and construction was managed by Suffolk Construction of Dallas and Nabholz Construction of Conway.
