JEFFERSON COUNTY COURTHOUSE Partially burned in 1976, the courthouse was rebuilt around the center portion of the 1856 building and reopened in 1980. Located at 101 West Barraque St. PINE BLUFF/ JEFFERSON COUNTY HISTORICAL MUSEUM offers a glimpse into the past of Pine Bluff and surrounding Jefferson County. Within this fascinating muse- um, discover displays and col- lections of relics, and cotton farming implements. See displays of Civil War and World War II artifacts, Victorian furniture, clothing, quilts and antique dolls, plus tools, relics and cotton farm- ing implements. The Museum is located at the Union Station train depot, corner of 4th and State. This depot has been restored and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. 870-541-5402. TRINITY EPISCOPAL CHURCH Is the oldest Episcopal church in Arkansas. Construction began in 1859. It is a classic example of pure gothic architecture with its ornately carved Carrara marble altar and stained glass windows. 20
